BOOKING POLICY
1. Reservations for all treatments and services are subject to an advance payment 50% deposit to secure your treatment at the time of booking.
2. If you wish to change your visit, we will reschedule it, provided that you inform us of your intention at least 48 hours before the visit.
3.In unavoidable circumstances, we may need to amend or cancel your booking. In this case, we will contact you to arrange a new visit or treatment at a convenient time for you.
4.Arrive on time or little bit early to fill your forms.
5.I reserve the right to not perform the treatment if you will appear with the delay exceeding 15 minutes.
6.You will also loose your deposit in that case.
7.Policy rules are not negotiable and apply to all of my clients.
